By using Banner Ad Blast, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2) Service Description

Banner Ad Blast provides a self-serve banner exchange and promotional placement platform. Access may include free or paid impressions, campaign controls, reporting, and account communications.

3) Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate, current registration details.
• You are responsible for all activity under your email/account.
• You must promptly update contact details if they change.
• You are responsible for securing your devices and mailbox access.

4) Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to promote illegal, deceptive, or harmful content. Prohibited content includes malware, phishing, impersonation, hate content, explicit sexual content, illegal products/services, or any material that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.

5) Creative and Destination Requirements

• Banners must comply with required dimensions and technical limits shown in the app.
• Destination URLs must be functional, publicly reachable, and match campaign intent.
• You confirm you have rights to all logos, text, images, and trademarks used.
• We may reject, pause, or remove any ad at our sole discretion for quality or policy concerns.

6) Campaign Delivery and Reporting

Impression and click reporting is provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed by anti-fraud systems, technical outages, bot filtering, or maintenance windows. Reported metrics are estimates for operational use and may be adjusted to correct invalid traffic.

7) Payments and Refunds (if applicable)

Any paid products, credits, or upgrades are billed under the pricing shown at purchase time. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once delivery has begun. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension while investigated.

8) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud risk, abuse, non-payment, or legal requests. Upon termination, active campaigns may be paused and pending benefits may be forfeited where permitted by law.

9) Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or guaranteed results.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Banner Ad Blast and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Banner Ad Blast from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses resulting from your ads, destination pages, submitted materials, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
